10pc Collection of German Lusterware Porcelain Shoe Figurines
A collection of ten German iridescent lusterware porcelain shoe and boot figurines featuring pink glazes and gilded relief decorations. The group includes various Victorian footwear forms such as high-heeled pumps, lace-up boots, and slippers, embellished with molded floral appliques, beaded lily of the valley details, and hand-applied gold accents. One pointed-toe slipper features a gold Gothic script inscription reading Souvenir of Boston Mass. on the side and a circular green printed stamp on the base reading GERMANY. Other bases bear various markings, including an impressed 25, a handwritten 48, and a faint red inscription reading 1917. Length: 3 inches to 6 inches.
