10pc Compagnie Generale Transatlantique French Line Maritime Ephemera

Collection of maritime ephemera relating to the Compagnie Generale Transatlantique (French Line), primarily documenting the SS France and MS Lafayette. The group includes a philatelic first day cover for the inaugural voyage of the SS France, dated February 3, 1962, featuring a 0.30 Republic Francaise postage stamp depicting the vessel and circular postmarks reading VOYAGE INAUGURAL PAQUEBOT FRANCE LE HAVRE 3 FEVRIER 1962.
