Canon Demi EE17 35mm half-frame film camera, a refined compact model introduced in 1966 and positioned at the top of Canon’s Demi range. The camera features a bright Canon SH 30mm f/1.7 lens, shutter-priority automatic exposure with CdS metering and a half-frame 24 × 18 mm format, allowing twice as many photographs to be taken on a standard 35mm roll. Its compact size, bright lens and advanced exposure system were among the main strengths of the model. The camera is supplied with its original leather case, lens cover and wrist strap.
