Charles Vyse Chelsea Pottery Figurine, The Balloon Woman

The English ceramic figurine depicts a seated woman in a purple shawl, white lustrous apron, and striped dress, holding a large bunch of polychrome balloons. The underside of the octagonal base features hand-painted blue marks reading 1922 and CHELSEA.
