Signed by Kong Xiang Xi, the Minister of Finance. A complete set of three denominations with low issue numbers (1500, 500 and 200, respectively). Agreed between the Beiyang Government and the Marconi Company to fund wireless telegraph development and equipment in China. Estimate: $120 - $180. Provenance: From the Yang Ai Hao Collection. 1918年中華民國政府八厘馬可尼借款國庫券100，500及1000鎊。三張。 由財政部長孔祥熙簽署。三種面額大全套，發行量均極低（分別為1500、500及200張）。由北洋政府與馬可尼公司協議簽訂發行，用於資助中國無線電報發展及設備採購。
