Christmas tree ornament (8) - Glass

Refined set consisting of 8 artistic Christmas spheres crafted entirely by hand according to the ancient and renowned Murano glassmaking tradition. Each sphere represents a true unique work of art, characterized by a combination of organic shapes with small transparent glass stems on top for suspension. The master glassmakers employed the classic and elegant macio (or "macchie") technique, incorporating at the moment of blowing fragments and shards of colored glass and precious multicolored murrine onto the surface of the milk glass and transparent glass. This particular process creates an extraordinary faded mosaic decorative effect, where the tones of white, blue, red, yellow and green blend harmoniously, delivering liveliness and enchanting light reflections from every angle. The lot is presented in excellent preserved condition, free of chips or cracks, preserving their original brilliance intact. An unmissable opportunity for collectors and connoisseurs of Italian art glass, ideal for enriching the Christmas holidays with a touch of authentic elegance and Venetian artisanal craftsmanship.
