ca. 1990s, composed of glass, copper and patinated metal, each with a wreath of copper leaves set with graduated colorless, green, red and blue glass "jewels", the colorless magnifying jewel installed to magnify the flame of a candle, set into the faceted and tapered torch-form standard.
