Obverse: Scene of Kennon road, legend around "*NORTHERN LUZON FAIR - BAGUIO* FIRST PRIZE * 1916"; Reverse: Blank, stamped "HEACOCK Co.". This magnificent representative boasts sharply struck devices with a matte finish in the center of the obverse while the legends and reverse are more of a satin finish. A pleasing example in pristine condition that is destined for an advanced collection of the highest caliber. Held at the end of December 1916, this exhibition featured the display by the Manila Observatory that focused on regional climate and seismological data.
