RS Components Model 2A Quartzlock Off Air Frequency Standard...

RS Components Model 2A Quartzlock Off Air Frequency Standard and a Philips PM6671 high resolution Counter Timer (2) (each with instruction manuals) ** The Model 2A (manufactured by Quartzlock and distributed by RS Components) is a compact laboratory calibration reference standard designed to provide long term, high-accuracy timing signals without atomic clock drift Rather than using a standalone internal clock, it features an internal quartz oscillator that is continuously phase-locked to longwave radio transmissions (such as the highly accurate BBC Radio 4 198 kHz atomic referenced signal) ** The Philips PM6671 is a high-performance, microprocessor controlled benchtop instrument designed for precise frequency analysis and signal timing calculations Supports a broad frequency measurement range from DC up to 120 MHz alongside specialized period, ratio, pulse-width, and time interval metrics Utilises advanced reciprocal computing and time-interval averaging techniques to achieve an ultra-fine time resolution down to ten picoseconds, delivering up to seven digits of resolution per second of gate time ** From the David Read Collection
