This is an iconic retro cycling jersey from the Belgian professional cycling team Splendor, specifically from the 1983 cycling season. The shirt represents an important era in Belgian cycling and was worn by: Hendrik DEVOS, a strong Belgian former professional rider known as a domestique and breakaway specialist.
