OTES FOR COLLECTORS / COLLECTORS' NOTE: A careful viewing of the entire attached photographic dossier is recommended, to be considered an integral part of this philological description. Every detail, every chromatic nuance, and every sign of time on the material tell a millennial story that words cannot exhaust. (English translation for international bidders): International collectors are kindly invited to carefully examine all the attached photographs, which are an integral part of this description. Every macro detail, texture, and historical imprint tells a deep story that words alone cannot fully explain. DESCRIZIONE: OPERA CERTIFICATA DA INVESTIMENTO MUSEALE Stefano De Carli (Italy, 1963) | "Il corpo della materia" (Ciclo Riemersi) — Monumental polymaterial sculpture (10.6 kg) with authentic historical bricks from the Campanile di San Marco in Venice (1902). Year 2026. WORK SPECIFICATION SHEET Type: Polymaterial sculpture and conceptual art installation. Dimensions: 41 x 28 x 11 cm Weight: 10.6 kg Origin year: 2026 (Created at the Artist's Atelier in Arona) Materials: Polished brass, porous volcanic tuff split naturally, and authentic historical bricks from the collapse of the Campanile di San Marco (14 July 1902). THE MEANING AND ANATOMY OF THE WORK Fourth fundamental chapter of the celebrated cycle "RIEMERSI", this piece marks the apex of the polymaterial maturity of the Master. The dramatic focal point of the installation lies in the inclusion of the original historical bricks from the Campanile di San Marco, returned by the tides on the Lido shore a short walk from Villa Jolanda (the author's childhood Liberty-era home). These centuries-old clay blocks are suspended in perfect center-of-gravity balance through the millimetric tightening of polished brass pins (symbolizing the scaffolding of reconstruction). They dialogue powerfully with an imposing perforated block of porous volcanic tuff, a magmatic material worked with natural split that serves as an ancestral counterweight. The provenance of the materials is fully transparent and compliant with the Public Archaeology protocols of Ca' Foscari University of Venice (
