The pattern typically features a high-contrast combination of white, cream, and red-brown to darkly mottled patches. Family: Trochidae (top shells). Origin & Habitat Geographic origin: Palawan, Philippines (Indo-Pacific). Habitat: A marine shallow-water species that typically lives in tidal zones, shallow coral reefs, and on rocky substrates at depths of 1 to 10 meters. There, it primarily feeds as an algal grazer.
