Tudor Beer Flat Top METROPOLIS NY METALLIC IRTP 141-20 TOUGH CLEAN

Brewer/Business Name: Metropolis Brewery Inc., New York, New YorkManufacturer/Plant: Continental Can Co.Date of manufacture: circa 1940sUSBC reference: 141-20 Contents/Type: 12 ozDimensions: 2-3/4 w x 5 h. Comments/description: Arguably the toughest of the Tudor Beers to obtain in high grade, in part because it is the oldest variant, and because of its metallic blue shield. Note that it differs from a similar IRTP design in that the brand name is cream-colored instead of white. This is a fine indoor specimen with excellent color and humidity-free metallic.
